Sparker Trade (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects the privacy of users of Sparker Trade CRM. This Privacy Policy explains how Sparker Trade CRM accesses, uses, stores, and protects information when users connect their Google or Google Workspace accounts to the CRM.

1. Information We Access
When a user voluntarily connects a Google or Google Workspace account to Sparker Trade CRM, the application may request access to Gmail data necessary to provide its email and customer relationship management features.

Depending on the permissions granted by the user, this information may include:
• The email address of the connected Gmail or Google Workspace account.
• Email messages and message metadata, including sender, recipient, subject, date, and conversation/thread information.
• Email conversations necessary to identify correspondence between the user and customers stored in the CRM.
• Authorization required to send email from the Gmail account selected by the user.

Sparker Trade CRM accesses Google user data only for functionality provided to and requested by the user.

2. How We Use Google User Data
Google user data accessed through Sparker Trade CRM is used to provide email and CRM functionality.

This may include:
• Searching the Gmail account selected by the user for previous correspondence with a CRM customer.
• Displaying relevant customer email conversations within Sparker Trade CRM.
• Allowing the user to continue an existing Gmail conversation.
• Allowing the user to start a new email conversation.
• Sending email from the Gmail account explicitly selected by the user.
• Associating relevant email activity with customers and sales records within the CRM.
• Displaying information necessary for the user to manage customer communications.

When multiple Gmail accounts are connected, the user selects which account will be used for the relevant email operation.

Sparker Trade CRM does not intentionally access another connected Gmail account for a customer email operation when the user has selected a different account.

3. Sending Email
Sparker Trade CRM uses the Gmail API to allow authorized users to send business emails from their connected Gmail or Google Workspace accounts.

The CRM may display relevant sending information, including the selected sending account, recipient, subject, message content, and attachments, before the email is sent.

Email functionality is used for customer communication, quotations, sales activities, and other business communications initiated or authorized by the user.

4. Storage and Security
Sparker Trade CRM may securely store OAuth credentials and tokens required to maintain a connection with a Google account.

These credentials are used only to provide the Google-connected functionality authorized by the user.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access.
